Chesterfield Lawns and Landscapes specializes in lawn maintenance and landscaping for residential and commercial properties of all sizes. We maintain office buildings, car dealers, subdivision common ground, condominiums, apartments, large church properties, medical buildings, corporate headquarters, industrial complexes, throughout St. Louis and St. Charles counties. We provide lawn maintenance for approximately 700 residential customers in Chesterfield and surrounding cities. We own a variety of high-grade, professional equipment to guarantee each job is done in a timely manner and leaves the property healthy and looking exceptional.

Chesterfield Lawns and Landscapes employs approximately 50 professionals dedicated to mastering our crafts. Each employee is trained to perform all work according to local horticultural standards, with the highest emphasis on quality, and safety. We have invested in the highest quality equipment to complete each job efficiently and professionally.

Chesterfield Lawns and Landscapes originally started in the late 1990s as Denninger Lawn Care by John and Paul Denninger. Paul and John Denninger, Owners currently reside in the Chesterfield area. With more than ten years of exceptional service provided within the Chesterfield area, they look forward to working with property managers and homeowners throughout St. Louis County.

Chesterfield Lawns and Landscapes is licensed with the Missouri Department of Agriculture to apply fertilizer and select herbicides. Chesterfield Lawns and Landscapes is fully insured to protect each employee and customer.

Paul Denninger – Vice President and co-founder of Chesterfield Lawns and Landscapes

Paul owned 2 large farms for over 25 years where he learned a wealth of knowledge and experience in plant care and maintenance, and the machinery that is used on a daily basis. In the late 1990’s he was the Parks Maintenance Supervisor for the City of Maplewood. He then joined John (his son) in the creation of Chesterfield Lawns and Landscapes in 2002. Paul specializes in keeping all the vehicles and equipment running in peak performance.

Gregg Rohlfing – Commercial Account Manager

Gregg has been in the landscaping industry for over 20 years. He started working with Chesterfield Lawns and Landscapes in 2012. He has many years of experience in landscape maintenance, snow removal, erosion, drainage solutions, and IPM. He manages commercial properties all throughout St. Louis and St. Charles Counties. He manages properties such as Verizon corporate building, Maryville University Hockey Center, 15Seventy Chesterfield (formerly Westmont Apartments), Preserve at Research Park and National Medical Billing Services. Gregg is ready to help you with all your commercial landscaping needs.

Bob Holm – Operations Manager

Bob has been in the landscaping/property management industry for over 10 years. He also has extensive experience managing high profile snow and ice management services. Bob schedules and routes all daily work for the company, and with all the rain and weather changes we get here in the Midwest, this is no easy task. Bob strives to know all the details of each customer's property and services.

Dusten Davies – Construction Division Manager

Dusten has been in the landscaping industry for over 20 years and he has been working with Chesterfield Lawns and Landscapes since 2012. He has extensive hands-on experience with every aspect of landscaping, maintenance, snow removal, but he now focuses primarily on the larger scale and technical projects. These projects include: construction of retaining walls, patios, outdoor kitchens, erosion and drainage solutions, and finish grading. He also has earned numerous certified installer certificates from National Concrete and Masonry Association (NCMA) and Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI). Dusten is ready to help you with all your outdoor construction projects.

Nick Flemming – Residential Manager/Fertilizer Division Manager

Nick has been in the landscaping industry for over 5 years, and has been working with Chesterfield Lawns and Landscapes since 2018. Nick has tremendous knowledge in the area of plant health care. He can identify and treat any issues that occur in turf, ornamental trees, shrubs, and perennials. He is also excellent at designing new landscapes whether it is in an existing landscape bed or a newly constructed building that needs to be landscaped from scratch. He has a Commercial Applicators license in Ornamental and Turf Pest Control through the Missouri Dept of Agriculture. He also has earned numerous certified installer certificates from National Concrete and Masonry Association (NCMA) and Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI). Nick is ready to help you grow both a perfectly green lawn and a beautifully complimentary landscaping bed.

Rodolfo Walle – Mowing Crew Leader/Mechanic

Rodolfo was the very first mowing crew leader that John and Paul hired. He has been with the company since 2006 and is still a mowing crew leader to this day. With his attention to detail and good nature, he has had a great relationship with many of the same original customers of the company for over 15 years. He also helps keep our equipment running at peak performance. Rodolfo is now assisting with helping to train new employees to work with an old school work ethic.

Heriberto Cordova

Heriberto was also one of the first people hired to be a crew leader. He has been with the company since 2006 and is still a mowing crew leader to this day. Heriberto has over 20 years of experience. He has always worked up to a very high standard and been a very reliable and faithful crew leader. Heriberto now helps to train new employees how to do a perfect job every time.

Victor Maldonado

Victor was the first landscape construction crew leader who ever worked at Chesterfield Lawns and Landscapes. He has 20 years of experience and has been with the company officially since 2009 but helped recruit some of the best talent to the company even before working for the company. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of landscape installation and specializes in construction of retaining walls and patios. Victor is ready to tackle the most difficult jobs and create your backyard oasis.

Ovidio Olivares

Ovidio is one of Chesterfield Lawns and Landscapes best mowing crew leaders. He has been with the company since 2010 and has over 10 years of experience. His care for the properties and professionalism is one of the best in the company. He now helps to teach new employees how to be their best. Ovidio wants to show you just how good your yard can look.

Luis Miguel Camacho

Luis Miguel has over 5 years of experience in landscaping and has been with the company since 2020. He is a great all around crew leader who will prune shrubs, mulch and perform many of the more technical landscaping projects. He is also a trainer and recruiter for the company and helps new employees learn how to do things the right way. He has helped develop many of the recent training programs that have been put into place. Luis Miguel is ready to make your whole yard look great.
